Park-King Alicantee (hereinafter, the “Parking”) makes available to users these General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, the “General Terms”), which govern the parking services with shuttle transfer and parking with vehicle pick-up and/or delivery by driver (valet/chauffeur). Any user wishing to contract the service must read and accept the General Terms detailed below beforehand.
1. Subject of the contract
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the general terms and conditions for the provision of services offered by the Parking facility through its websites (hereinafter, the “Website”), the telephone booking service, and through intermediaries such as travel agencies or other internet sites. These services may be contracted directly by customers or through intermediaries who request the service on behalf of the customers. These intermediaries (hereinafter, the “REQUESTER”) may be individuals or legal entities and may have their own specific terms and conditions; in any case, these terms and conditions will be additional and will in no way supersede or contradict the terms and conditions established herein.
3. Identification of the contracting parties
Park-King Alicante – Terms and Conditions Page 2 These General Terms and Conditions are entered into by Park-King Alicante, with registered office in Spain, and by the customer (hereinafter, the “CUSTOMER”), whether a natural or legal person, who may have made the reservation through various means and who transfers responsibility for the vehicle to the Parking facility upon entering the premises or handing the vehicle over to a company driver. Some customers have also made reservations by telephone, through travel agencies, or other intermediaries, in which case the data may have been entered by third parties (travel agents, Parking employees, external suppliers, etc.) and, therefore, may not be reliable. For this reason, upon signing and/or accepting the contract between the parties, that is, between the Parking facility and the CUSTOMER, which occurs when the vehicle is collected or received by the Parking facility, the CUSTOMER must verify all the information contained in the contract and report any errors. Once the contract is accepted, it will be understood that the CLIENT has validated all the information and will be solely responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Parking facility or to third parties resulting from errors in said information. When making a reservation, the CLIENT must indicate the date and time of entry to the Parking facility, as well as the estimated date and time of departure. The Parking facility will cancel reservations if the CLIENT does not arrive at the indicated date and time of entry, granting a grace period of one (1) hour. The price offered to the CLIENT is based on the information provided and, therefore, any modification may imply a price adjustment. Applicable rates for additional time are published on the Website and/or displayed prominently at the Parking facility.
4. Terms of use and responsibilities
The CLIENT declares that they are authorized to entrust the Parking facility with the custody and responsibility of the vehicle during the service period. The CLIENT declares that, during the service and while the vehicle remains under the responsibility of the Parking facility, the vehicle complies with all applicable regulations under Spanish and European law, and that it is in acceptable mechanical condition for safe handling and driving. This includes, but is not limited to: mandatory insurance, valid vehicle inspection certificate (ITV), general vehicle maintenance, and the condition of tires, brakes, etc. Should the CLIENT's vehicle not fully or partially meet the aforementioned requirements, the CLIENT must rectify the issue before handing the vehicle over to the Parking facility staff, and the Parking facility staff must verify this.
5. Parking Responsibility
Park-King is responsible for the vehicle from the moment of its receipt until the moment of its return or collection. The CLIENT authorizes the Parking to move the vehicle within or outside its premises and to carry out any actions necessary for the provision of services.
6. Reception or collection of customers by the Parking
Park-King will not be liable for delays that may affect customers due to waiting for vehicle pickup, the time required to finalize the contract, waiting for vehicle return, or shuttle transfers, when such delays are due to local traffic, police checkpoints, road closures, accidents, or other force majeure events. This excludes cases of willful misconduct or negligence.
7. Common incidents in airport area parking lots
Due to extreme temperatures (winter -10°C and summer +45°C), signal jammers, electronic sweeps conducted by the airport or security forces, aircraft surveillance systems flying over the parking area, and electromagnetic waves emitted by Madrid-Barajas Airport, vehicle electronic systems frequently malfunction (GPS, electronic keys, vehicle security systems, etc.). All of this causes battery drain in parked vehicles, and batteries may even discharge, even in nearly new or new vehicles. Park-King Alicante declines any responsibility for this, and the CUSTOMER accepts this. It is the CUSTOMER's sole responsibility to maintain their vehicle and take the necessary measures to prevent these situations from affecting it. The CUSTOMER must resolve this situation themselves, as the parking facility lacks the necessary workshop licenses, insurance, materials, machinery, cables, and/or qualified personnel to address it. Customers who leave their vehicles at Park-King are aware of common situations in airport parking areas that can affect their vehicles or their maintenance. Another common issue with extended stays affects tires, whether new or nearly new. Small punctures or leaks incurred on the road before arriving at Park-King can cause a tire to go flat after several days of parking. This is because, for safety reasons, tires are designed to lose pressure when stationary, not while in motion. Park-King Alicante declines any responsibility for this, and the CUSTOMER accepts this. It is the CUSTOMER's sole responsibility to maintain their vehicle and resolve any issues themselves. In general, the Parking facility does not have the necessary permits for automotive services or roadside assistance and, therefore, cannot provide such services. It does not have insurance, tools, cables, machinery, jump starters, professionals, or licenses to perform mechanical or roadside assistance. Consequently, the CUSTOMER must contact their roadside assistance service to resolve these or other issues.
8. Key Deposit
For parking services, it is mandatory to deposit the keys with Park-King when requested by staff. During periods of low occupancy, the CLIENT may keep the keys, except when the requested services require the vehicle to be moved (chauffeur/drivercar, car wash, etc.). Specifically, it is necessary and essential to deposit the keys during peak season, weekends, holidays, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and from June 1st to October 30th. The CLIENT accepts and forfeits their reservation if they do not wish to leave the keys with the parking facility. This clause constitutes a termination condition of the contract.
9. Insurance
The vehicle's stay is covered by our damage and liability insurance in accordance with Law 40/2002 on Parking Facilities. Park-King Alicante – Terms and Conditions Page 4. Park-King is not responsible for removable accessories or objects inside the vehicle if their existence has not been reported to our staff at the time of delivery.
10. Vehicle reception
Park-King is responsible for verifying the existence and functionality of the vehicle upon receipt. This verification is carried out by our staff and recorded in the contract before its acceptance by the CLIENT. Park-King is responsible for any damage to the CLIENT's vehicle inside or outside the Parking facilities if the vehicle is driven by Parking staff. CLIENT vehicles parked on the Parking premises, or driven, retrieved, or delivered within the Parking facilities or to/from the airport by Parking staff, are covered by insurance up to EUR 20,000 per vehicle with a deductible of EUR 150 per claim.
11. Return
Changes to dates, times, and/or flights may result in surcharges to the final parking fee. Reservations are, in all cases, an estimate based on the dates, times, and services requested at the time of entry to the parking facility. Due to the concentration of electromagnetic waves, radio frequencies, and signal jammers in the airport area, we are not responsible for malfunctions of GPS devices, car keys and remotes, alarms, immobilizers, and other electronic devices in customers' vehicles. After the customer has collected their vehicle, any claims should be sent by email to Info@aeropuertoalicanteparking.com or by mail to Park-King Alicante (Customer Service Department).
12. Additional services
Additional services will be booked through Park-King's systems and confirmed upon vehicle drop-off/pick-up at the parking facility or with the parking attendant. If the parking facility is unable to provide the service for any reason, the additional service will be canceled and the CLIENT will not be charged. The CLIENT accepts this situation and has no right to request or claim refunds for any other amounts due for their stay or for other services booked and provided by the parking facility.
13. Language
These General Terms and Conditions are offered in Spanish. Park-King is not responsible for any damage or loss that may be caused to the CLIENT or to third parties due to a lack of understanding of them.
14. Validity of the reservation procedure as proof of acceptance
Both parties expressly declare that the making and acceptance of the reservation by the CLIENT or by an intermediary through various means, and the subsequent acceptance of the reservation by the Parking facility, constitutes full and express acceptance of these general terms and conditions. 15. Payment
Park-King will charge the CLIENT for the service according to the current rates published on the Website, which will be displayed once the dates, time, location, and corresponding service have been selected. Once the reservation is made, it will be stored in the Parking database with the assigned amount, and a copy will be sent to the REQUESTER. Payment for reservations made by the CLIENT through the Website or by phone will be made in cash or by credit/debit card upon vehicle pick-up or drop-off. There is also the option to pay for the reservation at the time of booking through the Park-King Website. If the reservation was made through a travel agency or authorized agent, payment can be made through them. Please remember that it is mandatory to present the reservation confirmation along with proof of payment upon vehicle pick-up or drop-off. Any modifications to the service, such as extended stays or the addition of other services, will be charged separately to the CLIENT upon vehicle pick-up or drop-off.
16. Customer incentives through tour operators or travel agencies
Customers whose tour operator or travel agency grants them complimentary days off or additional services at the Parking facility must make their reservation through the Website or their respective agents, obtaining the final price that will apply at the time of booking. Park-King is not responsible for payments made to intermediaries or their refund or cancellation policies and, therefore, disclaims any liability in this regard.
17. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The CLIENT has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason, starting from the day the online or telephone booking was made. Once the service has begun, the CLIENT may cancel the previously booked stay. The CLIENT will pay for the portion of the service provided according to the general rates in effect at that time. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must notify us of their decision by any means (detailed below) through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). The CLIENT may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this contract, although its use is not mandatory. Email : Info@aeropuertoalicanteparking.com Consequences of Withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from the CLIENT without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction, unless the CLIENT expressly agrees otherwise; in any event, Park-King Alicante – Terms and Conditions Page 6 will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. The Parking reserves the right to take legal action to claim any unpaid parking invoices that customers have not settled within fifteen (15) days from the date of entry to the Parking.
18. Applicable law and complaint forms
These terms and conditions are written in Spanish and are governed by current Spanish legislation. For any dispute arising from the use of the services offered, the parties, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals. Customers have access to official complaint forms from the Madrid City Council and/or the Community of Madrid at the Parking facilities located in Torrellano Alto (Cami del Gallinero, Polígono 137, Parcela 5, 03320 Torre del Pla, Alicante). 19. Personal Data Protection For the purposes of Organic Law 15/99, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data provided during the registration process, or subsequently, will be incorporated into an automated personal data file under the responsibility of Park-King. The purpose of this file is to manage its users, provide services accessible through the Website, process reservations, formalize contracts, obtain statistics, and conduct market research. Park-King informs you that you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and update your personal data, as well as to object to its processing, in accordance with applicable regulations, by sending a letter to: Park-King Alicante.

21. Withdrawal form
To the attention of: Park-King Alicante (Info@aeropuertoalicanteparking.com). I/We hereby inform you that I/we withdraw from the contract relating to the sale of the following service: parking reservation and associated services.
22. Legal notice
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), it is hereby stated that the owner of the website and the services provided under the trade name PARK-KING is Shahroz Shahbaz Tabbsum, with Spanish National Identity Document (DNI/NIE) number 60987103G, who acts as a self-employed professional (sole proprietor) and carries out his activity in the provision of parking and valet parking services. The business address is located at Partida Torrellano Alto, Parcela 5, 03320 Torrellano, Alicante, Spain. He can be contacted by telephone at +34 621 423 555 or by email at park.king@gmx.com. The owner is fully responsible for the management, content, and proper provision of the services offered under the PARK-KING brand.

This message is for informational purposes only. The company is not responsible for any changes, alterations, or omissions that may be made to the message once it has been sent, given that email transmission is not secure and its correct delivery cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, you are hereby informed that your personal data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of SHAHROZ SHAHBAZ TABBASUM and will be used for management purposes. Your tacit consent to such processing will be understood to have been given unless you express your objection through the indicated mechanisms.
